My aim when joining Rebel Fitness was to gain muscle and it has been a grind!  My body was broken for the first 3 weeks and I quit 5 times in the first 2 but she just kept showing up to tell me I could do it (and then torture me some more).  This process has taught me that the days you want to quit are the best days to show up.  Ellen has been the motivation that I do not have. Without her this change wouldn't have been possible and I can't thank her enough for the work she has put in!  I also can't wait until the next session.

As someone who has yo yo dieted for years through various programs, programs which focused only on units or calories, my relationship with food was horrendous. Eating once a day and feeling constantly sluggish while piling on weight. I started working with Rebel Fitness and since then I have found a love for working out even weights and trust me that is not something I ever thought I'd say. My relationship with food is so much better, eating 4-6 times a day and loving life! Not depriving myself but moving more and feeling stronger everyday.  I can only thank Ellen for the complete mental and physical transformation I am currently going through.
