This programme is for the people with not enough time in the day so need to fit exercise in where ever they can or whenever they can. The online programme is simple to use and can be accessed on any phone so there really are no excuses.

FLOW FITNESS

Flow Fitness is a string of exercises put together, that you can comfortably flow through as a sequence. It is made up of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises that work on your core, your conditioning and your flexibility.
