Now you are curled up in front of the TV feeling guilty and sluggish.......If any of this sounds like you right now firstly remember just how much fun you had doing it because you did 🎂🍪🍸🍷Secondly getting "back on track" doesn't need to be as hard as you think it's going to be.Take out a pen and paper or the notes section on your phone and write now 3 simple goals for the week.
